Each participating school might like to allocate 'business consultants' to each team to support them through the process and give good 'entrepreneurship advice'. Their role is only as an advisor and should not be 'spoon feeding' the children or trying to make their team or school the 'winners'. They should be led by the questions and ideas generated by the children in each team.

Business consultants could be from outside companies or just members of staff from within the school. The team should have regular meetings at each stage of the challenge with their business consultant.

As the challenge organisers we at Broadclyst Primary are enlisting 10 business consultants for each international company and the project co-ordinator will set up meetings via Skype for Business with each team to discuss their ideas with the business consultant for their international company.
